ARIIS JEWELRY X THE HAI HAUS

For the Ariis Jewelry x Hai Haus | Yakusoku Collection launch, I was closely involved in bringing the creative vision to life once it moved from concept to set. Working alongside the Hai Haus team, my role focused on shaping how the collection would translate visually through photography, movement, and on-set direction. Rather than defining the creative direction, I helped execute it with intention, making real-time decisions on set to ensure the imagery and footage felt aligned, expressive, and ready to live across digital platforms.

The Yakusoku Collection is rooted in founder Ari’s Japanese and Indian heritage. In Japanese, yakusoku translates to “promise,” but the collection also reflects a deeper idea of connection and merging—between cultures, identities, and relationships. Released in honor of Valentine’s Day, the collection was designed around jewelry pairings, emphasizing duality, balance, and the idea of two distinct pieces coming together as one cohesive statement.

On set, I led a team of three in executing detailed flat-lay jewelry photography, ensuring consistency in lighting, composition, and styling while maintaining a refined, editorial feel. In parallel, I directed models during the shoot to capture dynamic, social-first video content intended for short-form platforms. My role involved guiding movement, pacing, and framing to ensure the footage aligned with the brand’s tone while remaining adaptable for multiple content formats.

Throughout the shoot, every decision— how a piece was placed, how the lighting hit the jewelry, how a model moved, how long a shot lingered was made with flexibility in mind. The goal was to create assets that could travel easily across platforms without losing their emotional clarity.
